Timeline of Important Dates

  • Now - Make sure Wymar has your correct address on file

  • Week of October 11th - Be on the lookout for your new debit cards in the mail.

    • Activate your new debit card and enjoy the benefits immediately.

    • New myWymar Rewards program begins immediately - start earning points for your debit card purchases!

  • October 28th - Old debit card becomes inactive on this date.

  • November - Update your debit card number with any merchants or utility companies you use for automatic billing.

    Don’t forget:

    • Amazon, PayPal, Venmo, ShopPay, ApplePay, BillMatrix, etc

    • Insurance premiums, pharmacies, E-Z Pass, gym membership, phones

    • Streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Max, etc

FAQ

Q: Will I still use the Brella App to control my card?

A: No. The Brella app will not work with the new cards. You will find Card controls in the Card Center within your Wymar ItsMe247 Mobile/Online banking site.

Q: Will my PIN stay the same?

A: We aren’t able to transfer your current PIN to your new card. But good news! You’ll set up a new PIN. You can use the same PIN from your old card or set up a new one.

Q: Can I still get a card printed at the Wymar Branch on the same day?

A: You sure can! We have a new upgraded card printer as part of this upgrade to our program.

Q: Will my automatic payments or recurring transactions set up on my old card still work?

A: Beginning with any transactions scheduled after October 27th, you will need to update your accounts with your new debit card number. This includes Apps, online stores, utilities, streaming services, etc.

Q: Will my new debit card have the same expiration date?

A: No, for your convenience, all the new cards will be issued with a 4-year expiration date.

Q: What should I do with my old debit card?

A: Please destroy the old card AFTER you activate and start using your new card.

Q: Will Debit Card Round-Up still work?

A: Yes, there are no changes to this service
