2024 Annual Meeting for Members

The Nominating Committee has nominated the following persons for the Board of Director seats that are expiring in 2024:

Nominee: Kerr Wall

Biographical Information: 15 years at BASF.  Digitalization Manager – Monomers North America.  Appointed in July 2021 to fill the unexpired term of Francis Guillory.

Nominee: Danny Robert

Biographical Information: Retired.  Instrument and Electrical Supervisor for TDI and Polyol.  29 years at BASF.  Current Board Chairman.  Board member since 1997.

Nominee: Jason Rasberry                       

Biographical Information: An Operator Polyol Plant. 24 years at BASF.  Board member since 2018.

2024 Annual Meeting

Our Annual Member Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, from 12 - 2 p.m. at the BASF Picnic Grounds.
